Yoga
I have a been a personal trainer for years now and I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I have seen that people who work out regularly as well as people that don’t workout are not as flexible as they should be. So you workout and then stretch for a couple minutes after you are done and think that you are stretching everyday. Real stretching is different than a couple of light stretches after you workout. Yoga incorporates all the necessary stretching in every yoga workout. You don’t need to know everything about fitness in order to be where you should on your flexibility. Yoga is great because you have a guide with you every step of the way that knows how long to hold each pose and they can correct your form if needs be.
