The reason for high car insurance premiums
Like grown up people teenagers also need insurance, mostly teenagers live at home so the main kind of insurance that they will need is car insurance. Car insurance for teens can cost a pretty penny as insurance companies prefer to insure people that are less likely to crash as opposed to teenagers. The reason that teenagers crash their cars so much is that their bodies are still growing and as such growth related hormones increase their likelihood of doing something stupid like crashing a car. Top scientist have been working hard for years to overcome the problem of teenage stupidity but despite promising results from a large population study on mice it looks like a solution for the problem in humans is still years away.
