2 Things to Increase Vertical Jump
Learning how to increase vertical jump is very important for many sports and can make you excel at your sport. But many people don’t realize just how easy it is to increase your vert. I will give you two exercises you can do to be a better jumper.
1. Always focus on doing lower reps with more intensity. This way you teach your muscles to jump higher and not just jump for a longer period of time. You don’t want to learn how to jump or train your muscles for endurance.
2. You need to train in a way that immitates your sport. If you play beach volleyball you need to do a lot of your jump training in the sand to get used to jumping out of sand. If you play basketball you will need to jump while holding a basketball.
