When beaded chandelier shades begin to get old, beads fall off or paint on them starts to peel. The entire shade loses its beauty. Don’t, however, just throw that lamp shade out! Hundreds of beads went into it, and most of them are probably still beautiful. Take it apart. You’ll be delighted by all the things you can make from an old beaded lamp shade. Jewelry, of course; earrings, bracelets, necklaces. Key chains and beaded doorway hangings are also great options! Beads are great for decorating scrapbooks or cell phones, as well. Depending on how many pretty beads you have, perhaps you can make multiple crafts. Or sell them at the next flea market day. Please, I’m begging you. Just don’t toss them!
