Personal Injury Solicitor – Are You Familiar With This Professional?
As I was doing some online research the other day, I just happened to stumble upon a term that I was unfamiliar with – personal injury solicitor. At first reading, it seemed to me like “someone who tries to get people to buy services from the mob” would be a good definition. Apparently, I have a somewhat vivid imagination sometimes. Next thought was – ambulance chasers. It appears that sometimes they are referred to in that manner, and I’m sure for some of them there is good reason for that reference. However, that isn’t what the term really means. It is another term for personal injury lawyer, much like “personal injury attorney” is, as well. I think that there is a distinct possibility that the reason for my unfamiliarity with this term, and possibly others reading this, as well, has more to do with geographical location than anything. The term is used mainly in Europe and I live in America. The wonders of the Internet for learning.
