Hands Massage Therapy
We use our hands constantly throughout the day, yet we never take the time to give them attention. A great way to help relieve the pressures of daily life and relax is to give yourself a hand massage. It only takes a few minutes and is extremely easy to do anywhere. You don’t need massage oil or cream. But, you may find you enjoy using them. Give yourself a hand massage by applying pressure to the back of your hand with your fingertips in a circular motion. Press your thumb into the palm of your hand and rub with the amount of pressure that feels right to you. Rub around your wrists and work your way to each of your fingers. Use light pressure on your fingers around each of your knuckles. Repeat this technique for each hand.

You can use small amounts of lotion or massage oil if you would like to enhance the experience. Wrap one hand around the other between your thumb and other four fingers. Gently knead the back of your hands with your four fingers and press the inside of your palm with your thumb using a circular motion. Work your way to each of your fingers and apply a gentle pressure up and down each one including your thumb. This is a great way to help relieve stress wherever you are.
