At home versus gym workout.
I had a heck of a time finding an at home workout plan that worked for me. I have two kids, two dogs and a husband at home and I just couldn’t find the time to get it done.
So what I finally did instead was start working out at the gym (I couldn’t let my muffin top stick around). I go with a friend, so that I have some accountability, and I really enjoy it. We keep our routine simple. Some weights and some elliptical machine training.
Overall we are both in much better health my muffin top is gone and believe it or not I actually look forward to working out. Yeah!
So if finding an at home workout isn’t working for you don’t worry, you are not the only one.
